What's included

What makes a kitchen a luxury kitchen

It is rarely the doors. It is the things you only notice when they are missing: the joints that line up, the lighting that is designed rather than added, and the storage that fits what you actually own.

  • Bespoke carpentry. Units built to the room, including the awkward corners a catalogue kitchen cannot fill.
  • Stone worktops and islands. Templated on site, with mitred edges so the slab reads as solid.
  • Integrated appliances. Panelled to disappear into the run, with the ventilation properly planned.
  • Layered lighting. Under-cabinet, plinth, in-cabinet and feature lighting on separate circuits.
  • Hidden storage. Larders, pull-outs and appliance garages designed around how you cook.
  • Full project management. One manager coordinating the trades, the stone and the appliance deliveries.

Cost

What decides the price of a luxury kitchen in San Pedro de Alcántara

Every property is different, and a number given over the phone is a guess. We visit, measure and give you an itemised written quote at no cost. These are the things that move it.

The stone

Slab choice and how much of it — an island in a book-matched marble is a large part of the budget.

Bespoke carpentry

Built to the room costs more than modular, and is why it fits properly.

Appliances

Specification here ranges enormously, and it changes the cabinetry around it.

Lighting and electrics

Layered lighting means more circuits, more switching and more coordination.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

STEP 01

Tell us what you need

A call, a WhatsApp or the form below. Photos of the space help, but they are not essential.

STEP 02

Free visit and measurements

We come to the property, measure up and talk through what is realistic and what it will involve.

STEP 03

Written fixed price

An itemised quote with materials, labour and dates. It does not move unless you change the scope. Licence fees and taxes are not included.

STEP 04

We fit and hand over

One project manager coordinates every trade, keeps you updated and hands the property back clean.

Options

How luxury kitchens are built here

Island kitchens

The centrepiece, and what dictates the whole layout.

Book-matched stone

Slabs cut so the veining continues across the join.

Panelled appliances

Fridges and dishwashers that disappear into the run.

Walk-in larder

Where the everyday clutter goes so the kitchen stays clean.

Wine storage

Integrated or standalone, climate controlled.

Outdoor continuation

The same language carried onto the terrace kitchen.

Where we work

Luxury kitchens by area

Our crews work between Marbella and Fuengirola every day, so a site visit is usually the same week.

Common questions

Luxury kitchens in San Pedro de Alcántara — common questions

What makes a kitchen "luxury" rather than just expensive?
Fit and planning, mostly. Bespoke carpentry that fills the room properly, stone templated and mitred on site, appliances panelled in, and lighting designed as part of the kitchen rather than added at the end.
How long does it take?
Five to eight weeks is typical. Stone templating alone adds two to three weeks because it can only happen once the units are in.
Do you design it first?
Always. You see it in 3D, we change it as many times as you need, and only then do we price it and order anything.
Can you match the rest of the house?
Yes — that is usually the point. We work alongside Máximo Interior Design so the kitchen, the carpentry and the furniture are specified together.
Who arranges the licence and community permission?
You do. Applying to the town hall and getting permission from your community administrator are the owner’s responsibility, and licence fees and taxes are not included in our quotes. We give you the technical documentation you need in order to apply.
Can you manage the job if I live abroad?
Most of our clients are not in Spain while the work happens. We send photo updates at each stage, decide against the agreed spec and hand over with a video walkthrough.
How do payments work?
Staged against work completed, never the whole amount up front. The schedule is in the contract before anything starts and every payment is invoiced with IVA.
