- Splashback. Tiling, glass or panelling behind the worktop.
- Sink and taps. Replaced along with the waste and the isolation valves.
- Lighting. Under-cabinet and plinth LED added while the worktop is off.
- Making good. Filling, sealing and touching in so nothing looks like a patch.
