What's included
Replace what shows, keep what works
If the carcasses are solid and the services are where you want them, a full strip-out is money spent on demolition. A remodel puts the budget into the surfaces you actually see and touch.
- New doors and fronts. The single biggest visual change, fitted to the existing carcasses.
- New worktop. Templated and replaced, usually in a day once the old one is out.
- Splashback. Tiling, glass or panelling behind the worktop.
- Sink and taps. Replaced along with the waste and the isolation valves.
- Lighting. Under-cabinet and plinth LED added while the worktop is off.
- Making good. Filling, sealing and touching in so nothing looks like a patch.
