What's included
Fixed cover, done properly
A pergola is only as good as its fixings and its drainage. Most failures we are called to are not the frame — they are water running back onto the facade, or anchors into render rather than structure.
- Survey and fixings. Anchors into structure, not render, with the wind exposure calculated.
- Fixed aluminium roofs. Insulated or polycarbonate panels for permanent cover.
- Guttering. Integrated so water leaves the terrace instead of the wall.
- Motorised awnings. Cassette and semi-cassette, with wind sensors and remote.
- Lighting and power. Perimeter LED, dimmers and weatherproof sockets, certified.
- Optional sides. Zip screens or glass to close the space in winter.
